Meeting regularly with your family, your nanny, and other care givers, I help you compose a journal, written from your baby’s perspective that says: "This is who I am. This is how I am with mommy, with daddy, and with nanny." A child’s behavior usually varies depending on whom she is with; seeing how can be helpful for everyone. A Care Journal lets the people entering your little one’s life know exactly who she is. It’s a key to understanding her behavior and can pave the way to positive pre-school, school, and life experiences.

I begin the process by coming to your home. I create a personal relationship with you and your family – including your child – that could never happen via phone or in an agency’s office.
I only present nannies to you that have the personal characteristics and child care
approach that will work best for your family. Placement agencies can find you someone qualified, but they don’t excel in evaluating the variables of personality, character, and approach essential in selecting a nanny.
I do all of the logistical work for you. Unlike agencies that simply send you resumes or phone numbers and leave the rest to you, I set up the interviews for you and ensure that the nanny arrives at your home, on time.
I am with you, in your home, for all of the interviews. I ensure all of the important questions get asked on the spot and that your needs are fully expressed to the nanny candidates.
I counsel you to make the right decision. I help you evaluate the differences
between candidates so you feel comfortable you are making the best possible choice.
I ensure the perfect match. I stay involved until everyone agrees it is the right fit. My thorough process is designed to avoid “do overs.” But if the nanny you select does not work out within the first three months, I will find you a new one at no additional cost.
